John P. Gullo II has over 15 years experience in the practice of law, including working for a large law firm in Buffalo, New York in the commercial litigation and insurance defense departments. He also served as an Assistant District Attorney in Chautauqua County District Attorney's Office, and is now a part-time professor of Political Science at SUNY Fredonia. His civil litigation practice includes both personal injury representation and commercial litigation. Mr. Gullo is experienced with complex trial matters, both at the settlement and trial stages, and has significant experience with appeals. Mr. Gullo also does evictions, foreclosures, collections, arbitrations and other miscellaneous trial matters as well. His criminal defense practice includes all felonies and misdemeanors, DWI and traffic offenses. As a former Assistant District Attorney now in private practice, he has experience with the defense of matters small and large. Mr. Gullo offers both flat fee and hourly fee options on criminal matters. Mr. Gullo's work on real estate matters includes work for residential and commercial clients, as well as a number of lending institutions.
